I just wanted to add a quick note that the new wiki is finally online with partial content. I have migrated the core of the old manual to the new format... There are still very many pages to be moved, but things are moving in the right direction again.

Thanks for your patience while we worked out the kinks and found a wiki that will last more than one php version update :)
